CFTC Member Policies & Guidelines

CFTC Member Policies & Guidelines

At CrossFit Tri-County (CFTC), our goal is simple:
provide high-quality coaching, a supportive community, and a professional training environment that helps our members stay strong, healthy, and consistent for life.

The following policies are in place to ensure fairness, clarity, and a positive experience for all members.

Membership Types & Access

CrossFit Tri-County offers multiple membership options to meet different training needs and schedules, including:

  • Unlimited Membership

  • Limited Membership

  • 3x Per Week Membership

  • Punch Card Membership

  • Annual Membership (Paid in Full)

Membership access, class eligibility, and usage are based on the specific plan selected at the time of enrollment.

Unlimited memberships provide access to all scheduled group classes and Open Gym sessions during posted hours.

Limited, 3x/week, and punch card memberships are subject to usage limits, and each visit—including Open Gym—counts as a class unless otherwise noted.

Annual memberships are paid in full upfront and provide the same access as the equivalent monthly membership. Annual memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Membership options, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Current offerings are always reflected in Zen Planner.

Open Gym

Open Gym hours vary and are subject to change based on staffing and scheduling.
All current Open Gym hours are listed in Zen Planner, which serves as the official and most up-to-date schedule.

  • Open Gym is included for Unlimited members

  • Open Gym counts as a class for Limited and Punch Card members
