GETTING STARTED AT CROSSFIT TRI-COUNTY

At CrossFit Tri-County in Bellingham, MA, we help busy adults get stronger, healthier, and more confident with expert coaching and a supportive community.

New to CrossFit? We’ll meet you where you are.

At CrossFit Tri-County, our goal is simple: help you become stronger, healthier, and more confident for life. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or an experienced athlete, our coaches guide you every step of the way.

We proudly serve members from Bellingham, Franklin, and the surrounding communities.

If you’ve done CrossFit before, you can jump right into a class. Pick a time, come in, and we’ll take it from there.

If you’re brand new to CrossFit, you have two great options:

Attend one of our Beginner Classes.
This is the best place to start. We’ll introduce you to the movements, explain how our workouts work, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident before joining regular classes.

Come to a regular class and we’ll scale everything to your ability.
Every workout can be adjusted to your fitness level so you can train safely while still being challenged.

Start with our Beginner Class — your first month of unlimited training is just $99 for new members.

Our members range from complete beginners to experienced CrossFit athletes, but everyone shares the same mindset: come ready to learn, support the people around you, and put in the work.
