February Paleo Challenge!
Ok CFTC, what better way to get back on track after the holidays and shed some extra pounds than a Paleo Challenge?!
Here’s the low down…
Paleo = Meat, Fish, Eggs, Veggies, Nuts/Seeds, & Fruit – there are some foods on the fray that for some qualify as ‘paleo’ and for others not. You have to draw a line somewhere…
NOT Paleo = Grains, rices, breads, pastas, beans, soy, sugar & sweeteners (natural or unnatural), white flour, dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt), dried fruit (including dates), and basically anything that is processed / refined. I know there’s bound to be some questions on specifics so fire away below and we will do our best to answer.
Each participant must complete the following at the start and end of the Challenge.
Benchmark WOD: Christine – 3RFT 500m Row, 12 Deadlifts (bodyweight), 21 Box Jumps (20, 20)
Weight, body fat, measurements
+10 Perfect Day, no cheats…not even a morsel…
+5 WOD at CFTC (community! we want to see you here!)
+5 8+ hours of sleep
+5 drinking enough water (1/2 your body weight in ounces)
-10 not eating at least 3 servings of veggies per day
-2 every cheat, PER SERVING
-15 cheat meal

How do I win?
Percentage of body weight, fat, inches lost, daily points and difference on Christine will all be factored in to find our winner!
