Your team has 6 minutes for each member to establish a 1 Rep Max Clean and Jerk

Then
9 x 150 meter, medball runs 20lb 14lb 10lb – each member has to run 3 times
then…
3 Rounds of Pull Ups – Chest to bar, kipping, jumping
20-15-10 reps
Then,
3 Rounds of Push Ups – Hspu, regular, knee
20-15-10 reps
Then,
3 Rounds of Box Jumps – 30, 24, 20″

Each team decides how many reps each athlete will do (example: C2B can do the 10 reps, jumping can do 15 and kipping can do 20)
