This weekend while we were all bbqing, boating, drinking and spending time with friends and family. Hope you remember WHY we are able to do these things. Memorial Day is to honor those that have made the ultimate sacrifice. The freedoms we have today are made possible by the lives of mothers, father’s, sons and daughters who have paid the ultimate price to protect this country and our way of life.
Take a moment to reflect on this. Honor them. Respect them. Say a prayer. Then carry on the way they would want us to. Enjoy the life granted to us by all the sacrifices made.
Tomorrow morning 1000’s of gyms across the country will pay our respects by completing the Murph Challenge. Quite possibly the most physically challenging WOD that exists. It’s how we pay our respects to our military men and women. Spend a couple minutes​ and watch the video of Lt. Michael Murphy’s story.
