In teams of 2, complete: 
50 Strict Pullups
100 Pushups
200 Air Squats
Run 1 mile
200 Air Squats
100 Pushups
50 Strict Pullups

* Divide the reps between partners however you like (ideally, split them in half)
** For the 1 mile run, alternate 400 meter runs x 2 sets each (Partner 1 runs 400m while Partner 2 rests, switch, repeat for 2 sets each)
