Build to a 1 rep max for the day in 20 minutes
If new to this lift, perform 8 sets of 3 reps, building to a moderately challenging weight

Loading Guidelines:
Set 1: 3 reps @ 40% 1RM
Set 2: 3 reps @ 50%
Set 3: 2 reps @ 60%
Set 4: 2 reps @ 70%
Set 5: 1 rep @ 80%
Set 6: 1 rep @ 85%
Set 7: 1 rep @ 90%+
Set 8: 1 rep @ 90%+

Sets 1-4: Rest 1-2 minutes b/w sets
Sets 5-8: 2-3 minutes b/w working sets
