Reps can only performed while partner is holding planks:

* During the Rows, one partner rows only while the other partner holds a Front Plank
* During the KB Swings, one partner swings while the other partner holds a Side Plank (Right Side Plank during the first set, Left Side Plank during the second set)
* During the Walking Lunges, one partner lunges while the other partner holds a Superman pose
