* Go as heavy as possible on Deadlifts and Bench Press while keeping all sets unbroken
* If able, increase weight each set
* Goal is to use as much weight as possible, and complete each set as fast as possible with as little rest as possible between movements
* Prioritize load over speed (heavier and slower is better than lighter and faster)
* Rest exactly 3 minutes between sets
* Score = time to complete each set (5 scores)
* Record loads used in notes
