Scott St. Cyr

Co-Owner/Head Coach

I’ve been into fitness for over 15 years. Staying in shape and being healthy was always important to me. Competition was always a big part of my life, playing almost every sport imaginable: Ice Hockey, Soccer, Baseball, Basketball, Tennis, Golf, Softball, Roller hockey. However, hockey was the one with which I had the most passion. I played professional inline hockey for Boston Roller Rats and the Connecticut Blaze. I was always pushing myself to be better. I began reading about plyometrics to get quicker.  In 2009, I found CrossFit at CrossFit New England. Even after playing sports and always working out at gold gym.  I was shocked at how out of shape I was. CrossFit exposed my weaknesses. I wanted to be better, stronger, faster. I continued going to classes, I Learned alot and was faster and stronger in a short time.Thats when i knew and I fell in love with CrossFit. The community, camaraderie, pushing yourself to the brink of failure, getting out of your comfort zone, I loved every aspect of it. I kept pushing myself to be better everyday, eating clean and living a healthy lifestyle. I love CrossFit, what it has done for my life and I feel so fortunate to be able to share my passion with each athlete that walks through our doors.
