CrossFit Tri-County was built on a simple but powerful belief: when people are given the right structure, accountability, and support, they are capable of transforming their lives far beyond the gym floor.
Scott St. Cyr was introduced to CrossFit in 2009 and quickly recognized that this was more than a fitness program. The combination of functional movement, intensity, and sound nutrition principles reshaped how he viewed health, discipline, and longevity. What began as personal training soon became a lifelong mission.
That mission became deeply personal when Scott’s father was diagnosed with heart disease later in life. Using CrossFit training and nutrition fundamentals, Scott helped his dad rebuild his health, strength, and confidence. For nine years, they trained side by side at CrossFit Tri-County — proving that age, diagnosis, and circumstance do not define what is possible. That experience reinforced what Scott has always believed: consistent training, proper nutrition, and accountability change lives.
In 2012, Scott opened CrossFit Tri-County to create a place where people could pursue lasting health and personal growth. Over the years, he has coached individuals through major life transitions, health challenges, and periods of adversity. Inside the gym, members learn resilience, discipline, and confidence — qualities that carry over into everyday life.
Scott’s coaching style is rooted in high standards and personal responsibility. He believes that discipline is a form of respect — for yourself, for the community, and for the process. Attention to detail matters. Effort matters. Consistency matters. These principles shape not only better athletes, but better habits and stronger people.
CrossFit Tri-County is not designed for everyone. It is built for those who want to take ownership of their health, commit to improvement, and be part of a community that values integrity, accountability, and hard work. Scott’s goal is not just to help people get fitter, but to help them build a healthier, more capable version of themselves — physically and mentally.
Scott leads from the floor, mentors his coaching staff, and continues to evolve alongside the community he has built. CrossFit Tri-County is a reflection of his belief that when people commit to discipline and consistency, meaningful change follows.
