Recipe of the Day

Chocolate Avocado No-Milk Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 1 bottle Zico dark chocolate coconut water
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 TBSP raw honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

Add all ingredients except chocolate shavings to blender and mix on high until smooth and creamy. To avoid making overly airy, vary speeds between high and low.

*It is important to remember that while paleo treats are better for you than traditional desserts, they should still be consumed in moderation. Limit your sugar intake, this includes honey & agave.
