1 Push Jerk
1 Split Jerk

5 sets of:
5 Front Squats
10 Burpees AFAP
15 Chin Ups AFAP

Rest 5 Min. Between Sets

Recipe of the Day

Easy Paleo Bread

2-1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 eggs (or just whites)
2tbpsn honey
1 tbspn Apple Cider Vinegar


Mix it all up, and scoop into small bread/loaf pan.

Bake @ 400 for 45 minutes.
