“Saturday Sweatfest”

Teams of 2 of the same gender

50 Thrusters each (45, 33), the bar must never touch the ground, you must pass bar between partners to complete said reps. If the bar does touch the ground, 5 burpee penalty.
Men add weight so their bar weighs 115, women 75. Bar must never touch the ground while weight is being loaded. If bar touches the ground, 5 burpee penalty.
800m Run with bar. If bar touches the ground during the run, 5 burpee penalty.
Put the bar down, 50 situps each with feet hooked around the plates of the bar.
400m Run with bar. If bar touches the ground during the run, 5 burpee penalty.
25 Pushups each with hands on bar, rest position must be in plank with elbows locked. If you release the bar, 5 burpee penalty.
400m Run with bar.  If bar touches the ground during the run, 5 burpee penalty.
Put bar down, 25 pullups each – one partner working at a time.
