Today ends our first Paleo Challenge! I am so proud of how amazing you all did throughout this past month and you should be proud too. Today, we do Bacon Bits again to see the progress that you’ve made. All classes today will be doing this WOD. Don’t forget to get re-weighed and measured and get your after photo today as well!
