Announcements
We will be having class on Saturday at 8:00am. Scott and I will be at CF Southie for the Garage Games, but we have a great coach and friend lined up to teach Saturday morning! There will not be Intro Class or Open Gym.
We do encourage you to come to CrossFit Southie on Saturday and Sunday (all day) to cheer on Coach Ash, Leah Alexander, Tom Marston, Dave Estrada & Spenser Finnestad as they compete in the Garage Games. This will be a great experience to see what competition is all about! We will have a tent set up, so come for the day!
We are ordering sweatshirts! Submit your hoodie sweatshirt design ideas to us by November 12 and the design we decide to go with, will receive a free sweatshirt!
