Teams of 4 complete:

AMRAP 30

Partner A: 300m Row

Partner B: Max KBS (53, 35)

Partner C: Max Burpees

Partner D: Max Box Jumps (24, 20)

Partner A is the pacer, B, C & D do max reps while partner A  rows. Once A finishes, partners switch  They keep rotating in this manner and accumulate as many reps as possible in the 30 minutes. Score = total KBS + Burpees + Box Jumps
