Announcements
The Paleo Challenge ended yesterday, congratulations! Please turn in your point sheet, and Christine time to Ashley and get your weight and measurements done no later than Monday, March 4! We will announce the winners next week, good luck to all!

The first CrossFit Open WOD will be announced on Wednesday, March 6 at 9:00pm, we will completing this WOD in class on Thursdays and on Saturdays at 3:00pm, if you weren’t able to come on Thursday. please come support us!
