First Team to Complete
4000m Row
200 Wall Balls (20, 14)
800m Tire Drag (55, 35)
400 DUs
250 Box Jumps (24, 20)
800m Farmers Carry (53, 35)
100 T2B
200 Squats
200 Push-ups

*You may break up your team into groups and each group may work on a given task however you strategize. 1 athlete per group works at a time. In order to move onto the next station, you must complete a 600m backward run.

The losing team completes 200 Burpees after the WOD as a team.
