Fuel for Fire
Teams of 3 complete
1500m Row (relay style, switch every 250m)
1200m Run (relay style, each athlete runs 400m)
60 Box Jumps (30, 24, 20)*
60 Burpees
60 Box Jumps (30, 24, 20)
1200m Run
1500m Row
*each athlete must complete at least 30 box jumps during the WOD.

The winning team will each win a Fuel for Fire, flavor of your choice. Get some rest and bring your A game!!
