If you participated in the Paleo Challenge, please submit your WOD score to Ashley tomorrow and plan on staying after class for weigh-ins and measurements!! Winners will be announced at the Saturday WOD!

Costumes on Thursday, Halloween, are optional and definitely encouraged!!
