In regards to Open WODs, if you have already completed Open WOD 14.1, there will be no repeats Monday. Be happy with your score and start focusing on 14.2. If you are one of the 5 athletes who haven’t yet completed 14.1, you will be doing the WOD during the strength portion of main classes. You must submit your scores no later than 8pm Monday! If you do not post your score, you will be disqualified!
Don’t forget, Spencer Larsen, will be in from 4:30 – 8:30pm Monday to chat to classes about MAT and how it can help your CrossFit performance.
