Good luck to Roland who is taking on his next IronMan this weekend in Texas! For those of you who don’t know, an IronMan is a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and ending with a 26.2 mile run. He is repping CFTC at the finish line, we know he is going to do great. He has been prepping with countless training hours, adding CrossFit into his already crazy schedule and adding in MAT weekly. You will make us proud Roland!
