Pops is amazing. At 75, he works out with Coach Ash & Coach Scott 4 days per week, he eats clean, can do 6 consecutive strict pull-ups, 95# bench press, 165# deadlift, 135# back squat, keeps up with people half his age and pushes harder than most. He is truly an inspiration to not only Scott and I, but our whole community. Pops shows us that anyone can CrossFit, regardless of age.
