20140624-215437-78877288.jpgWhile John Rotatori didn’t post his transformation story on the Paleo Challenge page, I took the liberty of posting it for him because it’s just too good not to share. John was coming and working out for a few months before starting Paleo. Since adopting the Paleo lifestyle, he has lost about 80lbs. He looks fantastic and his strength and endurance gains have been amazing. John’s story is one of our most dramatic and we couldn’t be prouder of him and his hard work.
