REMINDERS
• The Open is among us! The first WOD will be announced on Thursday evening at 8pm and we will be the WOD for all classes on Friday. Our coaches and other will be doing the WOD on Saturday around 11:00am, so if you can’t make it Friday, you can join us then. Also, please come watch to cheer everyone on! Continue up the ascending latter increase the power cleans by 2 reps until 7 minutes is up.
