• CrossFit Kids Bring a Friend Day is Wednesday, if your child wants to check it out, bring them in! 3:45-4:30pm! 

• Sign up for our Summer Sizzler In House Throw Down! It is $20 to participate and open to athletes of all levels and abilities. We make the teams, so you will get to know other people at CFTC! Sign up at the front desk!
