• The 5:45am classes on Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday will now start at 5:30am beginning this coming Tuesday!

• Bring a Friend Day is Tuesday, October 29! If your friend signs up for a membership after On Ramp, YOU get 50% off your next months membership!

• End of Summer BBQ is Saturday, October 3. Join us at 2pm for some good food and company. BYOB! 

• The Fall Face Off is coming up and we want to get it filled! At this point, we have just two CFTC teams. If you want to participate, but don’t have a partner, see Ashley or Scott! We are also looking for volunteers to help with set up on Saturday, judging, moving equipment and clean up on Sunday. 

• 3rd Annual CFTC Halloween Party will take place on Saturday, October 24 at 7pm. Wear your best costume, bring food to share and BYOB.
