ANNOUNCEMENTS

• Time to get signed up for the 2nd Annual Snow Down! A same sex partner competition with both scaled and RX divisions. It is $130 per team, grab your buddy and register today via TheBoxHQ site. 

• From January 9 – 16, Coach Ash will be doing a short term mission trip to Haiti. Please consider helping her get there, we have a box set up in the lobby for donations. Thank you! 

• Beginning next week, we will be offering 5:30am classes Monday – Friday. Get your WOD done before work!
